About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HubSpot Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in CRM development, API integrations, and custom automation within the HubSpot ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable solutions, optimizing CRM performance, and integrating HubSpot with other business platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and maintain HubSpot CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic.Build and customize HubSpot forms, landing pages, templates, and custom modules using HubL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Implement and manage custom APIs and integrations between HubSpot and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools.Support data migration and synchronization between HubSpot and other systems.Create and maintain custom dashboards, reports, and analytics for various business units.Collaborate with MarTech Consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure data integrity and compliance across HubSpot environments.Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, workflow, and integration issues.Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot development capabilities, APIs, and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
4-6 years of development experience, with at least 3 years in HubSpot CRM.Proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.Strong experience with HubSpot API, custom integrations, and webhooks.Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or Make).Experience building and customizing HubSpot CMS modules and themes.Solid understanding of CRM data models, automation workflows, and data pipelines.Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.HubSpot certifications in CMS for Developers, Integrations, or Automation preferred.Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or Marketo integrations is a plus.Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams
