HubSpot CRM, Automation & Integration – 1-Week MVP (Spain Pilot, Scalable)

We are implementing HubSpot as our central CRM and automation platform for venue acquisition, dealer and partner management, field sales, marketing automation, contracts, and customer support context.

Spain is the pilot, but the setup must be scalable from day one for multi-country operations and multiple legally independent dealers under a future holding structure.

Key constraint

We want to avoid HubSpot Enterprise tiers unless strictly necessary. The solution should start with HubSpot Pro, or standard bundles only if justified, and use cost-aware workarounds such as custom objects, properties, associations, and naming conventions to keep licensing costs under control.

Timeline

1 week to deliver a production-ready MVP

Must support 5 upcoming trade fairs in Spain

Speed, UX, and pragmatism over theoretical perfection

Architecture must not block future scaling

Core Scope MVP

CRM objects Contacts, Companies, Deals, Custom Object Venue, Tickets via Zendesk or Service Hub

Sales pipelines venue acquisition, dealer acquisition, inbound requests, contracting

Lead sources trade fairs Excel or CSV, cold lists, inbound, field sales

Mobile-first field sales UX, Spanish-first, minimal fields, fast venue creation, geo capture, Google Places linking

Trade fair lead segmentation and automated or approval-based email follow-ups in Spanish and English

Document sending information and basic contracts or proposals

Data Enrichment and Integrations

Google venue enrichment name, address, Place ID, ratings

Spain company validation via eInforma INFORMA D and B

Manual Enrich via eInforma action in MVP

NIF or CIF-based enrichment legal name, address, status where available

Deduplication logic and audit trail

Must work without HubSpot Enterprise

Zendesk integration

Tickets linked to Venue as primary, Contact, optional Company

Enable recurring issue tracking per venue

Backend API sync data model must be compatible, full sync can be phase 2
