To strengthen our Platform Operations Unit in the area of CRM & Automation, we are looking for a HubSpot CRM Administrator (m/f/d) (Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Germany / Full-time / Permanent Contract) Your responsibilities • Responsible for the administration, configuration, and continuous development of our HubSpot CRM, including marketing automation, workflows, analytics, and cross-system processes • Ensuring reliable data synchronisation between HubSpot and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce) through monitoring, troubleshooting, and proactive improvements • Collaborating with developers, system owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable solutions for marketing and system automation • Analysing data models and maintaining high data-quality standards across systems by identifying inconsistencies and implementing optimisation measures • Documenting processes, workflows, and system behaviour to support knowledge sharing within the Platform Operations team This offer from "Trusted Shops" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 73% flex score.
