We focus on building clean, usable HubSpot environments that drive real results, while working closely with clients as true partners.Job Description:We’re hiring a HubSpot Consultant to support B2B clients across a range of RevOps and CRM initiatives—from implementations and migrations to ongoing optimization and support.This is a client-facing, high-impact role where you’ll work across different types of projects, helping companies build, improve, and scale how they use HubSpot.If you enjoy variety, solving real operational challenges, and working closely with clients—not just executing tickets—you’ll thrive here.Qualifications:What You’ll DoYou’ll support client engagements across a variety of needs—sometimes leading full projects, other times improving or supporting existing systems.HubSpot & RevOps Work:Lead and support HubSpot implementations, migrations, and system improvementsDesign and refine CRM systems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops HubBuild workflows, automation, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and scoringCreate and manage pipelines, properties, permissions, and data structuresSupport integrations and data syncs (Salesforce, APIs, Zapier, etc.)Improve data quality, reporting, and overall system usabilityBuild dashboards and reporting for leadership and revenue teamsTranslate business needs into practical, scalable HubSpot solutionsClient & Consulting Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to clients on HubSpot and RevOps strategyWork across a mix of project types and timelinesCommunicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDeliver documentation, Looms, and guidance for ongoing successHelp clients evolve their systems over time; not just “set it and forget it”Identify opportunities to improve performance and expand solutionsThis Role Is a Fit If You:Have 4–6+ years of hands-on HubSpot or RevOps experienceHave experience across multiple types of HubSpot work (not just one area)Enjoy both building new systems and improving existing onesAre comfortable working with different clients, industries, and challengesCan connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating thingsTake ownership and enjoy figuring out the best solution—not just the easiestLike variety in your work and don’t want to be boxed into one type of projectBonus Points:Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner or agencyHubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops Hub)Experience managing multiple clients or projects at onceFamiliarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and Google WorkspaceAdditional Information:Compensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience & skillset)Quarterly bonus programCustomer expansion bonus programNet new customer sales bonus programFully remote + flexible hours20 days PTO + 13 standard US holidays2 company mental wellness daysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceHealth & wellness stipend401(k) with match (eligible after 6 months)Parental leave + short-term disabilityHome office equipment providedProfessional development budget Apply If…You like variety, enjoy solving real business challenges, and take pride in helping clients truly get value out of HubSpot.
