We help our clients understand ownership structures, risk indicators, compliance exposure, and trust & transparency across Asian counterparties. We are looking for a Hubspot Administrator to support our marketing and sales teams by managing our HubSpot CRM, improving data quality, and driving better visibility across the customer journey. Requirements Role Responsibilities Own day‑to‑day HubSpot administration and execution, maintaining pipelines, data models, properties, workflows, automations, and user permissions. Maintain high data quality (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation) Conduct regular CRM audits to ensure data accuracy and consistency Support marketing campaigns through segments, automation workflows, and tracking Work with sales to improve lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility Support scalable revenue operations by building and maintaining BI dashboards to track performance across the funnel, bringing together data from various platforms. Must-Have Requirements Hands-on experience in using HubSpot (min. 2 years - 5 years max.) Experience in a sales or marketing environment Understanding of the lead lifecycle (Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer) Comfortable working with both marketing and sales teams Strong analytical mindset with ability to build reports and BI dashboards Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint How Success Will Be Measured Improvement in lead-to-opportunity conversion rates High CRM data quality (accuracy, completeness, low duplication) Strong marketing and pipeline performance tracking (lead volume, cost per lead, attribution clarity, revenue attribution)
