Job DescriptionAs an HTML Content Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for updating, formatting, and entering content into our digital platforms using HTML. Your daily tasks will involve reviewing content for accuracy, correcting formatting issues, and ensuring consistency across web pages. You’ll work closely with other administrative and marketing professionals to execute timely content updates while adhering to company branding guidelines.
You’ll also help organize digital assets, document content changes, and occasionally support quality assurance checks. Excellent communication and time management skills are essential in this role, as all work is completed remotely and may require occasional virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and format content using HTML in content management systems (CMS).
Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and proper visual layout of content.
Work cross-functionally to ensure digital updates align with organizational standards.
Maintain logs of content updates and collaborate with internal teams for approvals.
Participate in training and team discussions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in digital media or communications is a plus.
Proficiency in basic HTML and familiarity with content entry tools.
Experience with CMS platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
