• Location: Garden Grove/Hybrid or remote
• Compensation: $60-85/hr

What You’ll Do:
• Support the implementation, go-live, and stabilization of Workday HCM and related HR technology initiatives.
• Configure and maintain Workday including workflows, business processes, security, and system enhancements.
• Administer HR systems including user access, data uploads, audits, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations, system upgrades, testing cycles, and continuous improvement efforts.

What Gets You the Job:
• 5-7 years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms, with 2-3+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations, including data conversion, testing (UAT/SIT), and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., headcount, compensation, benefits, compliance) and how they translate into system design.
• Proficiency with reporting and analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and familiarity with SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
