Job Summary We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to serve as the point of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding our HR systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will provide accurate and timely information to resolve inquiries and issues, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with our HR team and external partners to develop and execute test cases, cross-train in other HRIS functions, and perform other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities HR System Support: Provide day-to-day support to Employee Central users for issues such as badge numbers, workflow, and general navigation in all modules. Employee and Manager Inquiries: Respond to employee and manager inquiries through telephone and email support regarding all HR systems, including SAP's Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SuccessFactors. Reporting and Analytics: Distribute reports from Employee Central modules (i.e., Learning, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, EC core). Learning Management System: Collaborate with the Learning Administrator to maintain and administer the Learning Management System and Enable Now. Project Support: Develop and execute test cases for Onboarding projects and additional upcoming mini-projects (e.g., Career Paths, Snowflake). Cross-Training: Cross-train in Workforce Solutions and Snowflake to ensure coverage and support for other HRIS functions. Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management. Essential Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in an HR/data analyst role (additional consideration given to shared service center environment experience). HRIS Technology: Proficient skills using HRIS technology, including navigation, data changes, and reporting. Microsoft Excel: Proficient with Microsoft Excel, including experience creating dynamic reports and pivots, building formulas, task automation using macros and VBA, and managing large datasets. Communication Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills needed to communicate with a wide span of audiences. Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work. Preferred Qualifications HR Certification: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Additional Experience: Additional experience in an HRIS analyst role or related field preferred. Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP's Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SuccessFactors preferred.
