HR/Compliance Consultant (Independent Contractor) Position Summary Stratum Labor Consulting, LLC is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Independent HR/Compliance Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our diverse client base to provide expert HR and compliance support. Your primary goal will be to help businesses stay organized, protected, and fully compliant with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities • Deliver professional HR and compliance services to a portfolio of clients. • Advise clients on HR best practices, including policy development, procedural implementation, and employee relations issues. • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, conducting regular consultations and training sessions. • Manage and grow your client base by following up on assigned business leads. • Provide clear and concise weekly updates on all client activities and progress. • Work autonomously in a virtual environment, with occasional in-person client visits as required. Qualifications • A background in HR, compliance, or employment law is preferred. • Strong professional communication and organizational skills. • Proven ability to manage client relationships and project needs independently. • Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a phone. • A strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.
