HR Trainee (Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance) WFH

Key Responsibilities • * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. • * Support onboarding and training initiatives for new employees. • * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. • * Help manage employee relations by addressing inquiries and providing guidance on policies and procedures. • * Participate in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives. • * Conduct research and analysis on HR trends to support strategic decision-making. • * Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless HR operation. • Required Skills and Qualifications • * Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or in progress). • * Strong verbal and written communication skills. • * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • * Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus. • * A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Experience • * Previous internship or coursework in human resources or a related field is desirable but not mandatory. • * Experience in customer service or administrative roles can be beneficial. • Working Hours • * Flexible working hours available for both full-time and part-time positions.
