Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in Enterprise Resource Planning software
3-5 years of experience in systems analysis and leading teams
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning software
Proficiency in systems analysis and defining technical requirements
Excellent communication and mentorship skills

Responsibilities:

Resolve complex problems within HR applications and drive implementations
Lead the development of integrated HR solutions to meet architectural standards
Support integration and user acceptance testing for large-scale initiatives
