HR Specialist (Recruiting & Onboarding) Bilingual Eng/Esp Required

Job Title: HR Specialist – Recruiting & Onboarding Location: Remote USA (EST) Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST Dayforce Required Bilingual English/Spanish Required OVERVIEW: We are seeking a hands-on HR Specialist focused on recruiting, pre-employment, and onboarding execution . This is a process-driven position requiring daily use of Dayforce . Candidates must have direct Dayforce experience and be fluent in both English and Spanish .
