HR Service Delivery Representative

The HR Service Delivery Representative will partner with employees and stakeholders to provide information and resolve inquiries across various HR areas while supporting process improvements and best practices.ResponsibilitiesPartner with critical stakeholders such as NA SC HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and functional teams to support employees, provide information, and resolve casesWork in a broad network of fellow HR professionals to standardize (where it makes sense), optimize, and support/grow our NA SC HR best practices to drive a differentiated employee experiencePartner with employees, managers, and centers of excellence to provide recommendations on process improvements and solutions to support employeesDevelop process-related content and training materials for other HR Service Delivery SpecialistsCreate knowledge management to support employee direct access to informationDeepen knowledge of compliance, HR policies, employee programs, and other important resources for employeesDevelop expertise in HR Solutions and Technologies to provide the best experience for employeesPartner with cross functional teams to deliver future phases of our HR solutions and technologyAdditional duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent1 year of progressive human resource experiencePrevious experience working in solutions like Workday, case management or customer service systems, HR Systems (Workday, People Soft), ServiceNow, Applicant Tracking SystemsExcellent customer service skills with an ability to interact with all levels within and across the organizationNo immigration sponsorship availableAbility to work with technology systems and solutionsProven employee relations and active listening skillsStrong organizational, time and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlinesAbility to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutionsBenefitsEcolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.Company OverviewEcolab provides water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and the resources vital to life.
