HR Operations (HROps) Administrator (Part-time, Temporary)

February/March 2026 – Approximately 3 Months

Work Arrangement & Schedule:
β€’ Flexible, fully remote position.
β€’ Must be available for full-time hours (standard morning schedule). Schedule set and confirmed with manager week by week.
β€’ Onboarding: First two (2) weeks: Should be available to work within standard business hours (8:00am – 5:00pm CT)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HROps Administrator to support a short-term project as part of post-merger integration efforts. This role focuses on the establishment and closure of related state tax accounts to ensure smooth operational transitions. While flexible, this position requires a tenacity and drive towards thoroughly completing stated outcomes. Our ideal candidate would be one who is not phased by multi-step processes that require patience and consistent reviews to ensure every β€œcheck” on the list is 100% complete. This position will report directly to the Manager of HR Operations and will work closely with our Sr. HR Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Close out old state tax accounts associated with legacy entities.
β€’ Establish new state tax accounts for merged entity.
β€’ Leverage provided tracking board to notate updates, progress, and account activation on a regular (daily) basis.
β€’ Capture and file documentation of closures and openings for audit readiness.
β€’ Escalate issues and obstacles promptly to the attention of internal HR Ops leads.

Qualifications:
β€’ Prior experience in an administratively focused position that required independent work and following an established process for documentation and record-keeping.
β€’ Ability to aggressively pursue and accomplish objectives within a pressing timeline.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
β€’ Excellent written communication skills with the ability to summarize progress and press for follow-up(s) in a professional and consistent manner.
β€’ Proficiency with standard office software (Excel, Word, etc.). Monday.com exposure is a plus.
