Job Purpose: The HR Manager is responsible for all aspects of... HR service delivery including employee engagement, employee relations and compliance, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards. The HR Manager will partner with the Twin Cities R!SE (TCR) CEO and Executive Leadership Team to create a diverse and inclusive culture, support organizational training and development, and support talent evolution. This role will be the driving force behind a high-performance workplace.

Details:
• Employee Type: Non-exempt, hybrid with preferred schedule of Mondays in office and flexible remote during business core hours for a total of 20 – 30 hours per week, depending on candidate. Benefits available for 30 hour per week employees.
• Salary: $32 - $40 per hour dependent on qualifications

Key Performance Areas:

Talent Acquisition
• Partner closely with hiring managers to oversee recruitment and hiring to attract top-tier talent swiftly.
• Lead the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and benefits enrollment to the business and other engagement strategies.

Employee Engagement
• Spearhead employee feedback mechanisms, ensuring action planning and fostering forums for vibrant engagement.
• Champion cultural initiatives and recognition programs that inspire and invigorate the team.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)
• Partner with Diversity Committee to lead the charge on fostering cultural competence and a respectful workplace that promotes diversity and inclusivity, enduring adherence to EEO and ADA policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to embed DEI principles into organizational DNA.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

· Ensure compliance with legal requirements throughout human resource management including maintaining personnel records and conducting audits as needed. Ensure full utilization of HRIS systems to maximize productivity, streamline processes and meet regulatory requirements.

· Review and revise Employee Handbook and develop new policies as necessary. Assist in communicating policy changes. Provide expert guidance to leaders and managers on policy interpretation, employment law and government regulations.

· Work with the leadership team to provide strategic counsel and to recommend, design and facilitate solutions that align with the organization’s vision, mission, structure, processes, and people.

Talent Management
• Drive the performance management and feedback process, equipping managers with tools for goal setting and feedback. Guide management on disciplinary processes.
• Cultivate an environment of clear expectations and continuous improvement in performance.

Total Rewards
• Coordinate benefits deployment, compensation policies and reviews.
• Partner with leaders to design and implement meaningful recognition and wellness programs
