Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: San Antonio, TX
Pay range: $80,000 - $85,000
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee and manage HR operations for our organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. This role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
ย Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
ย Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
ย Oversee performance management processes and support professional development initiatives.
ย Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
ย Manage employee benefits, payroll processes, and workplace safety programs.
ย Serve as a point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and conflict resolution.
ย Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
ย Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications:
ย Bachelorยs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
ย Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong generalist background.
ย Solid understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
ย Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
ย Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
ย HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday
