Your Role in Our MissionAs an HR Manager, you’ll play a vital role in making Enveda a great place to work. You’ll partner with leaders to coach, support, and empower our teams to do their best work every day. What You’ll Do
Build great first days: onboard and support new team members
Coach managers to lead with clarity and care
Use data to drive smart, people-first decisions- Keep policies sharp, simple, and compliant
Own benefits ops (insurance, PF/ESIC) with finance
Foster feedback, learning, and growth
Be a thought partner to the leaders on ground We’re Looking For
7–10 years of HR experience (PGDM/HR preferred)
Strong communicator across cultures and teams
Data-savvy, calm under pressure, action-oriented
Loves fast-paced, growing environments
Fluent in G-Suite, MS Office, and real-world HR Additional Information
