Your primary responsibility will be to support various HR functions and ensure the efficient execution of talent acquisition, onboarding, employee advocacy, and employee engagement initiatives.Responsibilities:Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring the identification and selection of top talent across various locations.Coordinate and execute the orientation program for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience that facilitates their integration into the company culture.Act as an Employee Advocate, providing guidance, coaching, and counseling to employees when necessary, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.Drive employee engagement interventions based on business needs and requirements, implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and foster a positive workplace culture.Foster innovative thinking and contribute to the establishment of best practices in people management, constantly reviewing and improving current HR practices.Demonstrate a Can Do attitude, actively seeking opportunities to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute to the growth and success of the HR function.Qualifications:College passouts/freshers are encouraged to apply.Graduation in any discipline with an MBA in HR is required.Passion for HR and a strong interest in building a career in the field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.If you are ready to embark on a rewarding journey, contribute to our organization success, and develop your skills in a dynamic industry, we invite you to join our team as an HR Management Trainee.
