Now we’re hiring someone to help us do this internally — by making sure the right talent enters our pipeline, and the right systems guide them through What you’ll own This is a hands-on talent acquisition role. You’ll run the engine behind every hire we make. Own end-to-end sourcing — identify, engage, and nurture high-fit talent across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities) Draft compelling JDs and role briefs with input from hiring managers and founders Manage the hiring pipeline: scheduling, follow-ups, status tracking, and feedback loops Maintain candidate records and analytics across ATS, Notion, and internal trackers Support campus hiring, internship programs, and bulk outreach campaigns Run experiments on what improves outreach response, funnel quality, and conversion Keep the candidate experience sharp — timely, clear, and human at every stage Collaborate with product and ops teams to hire across functions Requirements Who we’re looking for 0–1 years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, preferably in startups Strong communication — crisp outreach, clean follow-ups, and sharp coordination Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Internshala, etc.) Comfortable managing high-volume pipelines while staying detail-oriented Self-starter mindset — you won’t be micromanaged Benefits Why this role, why now We’re scaling fast — you’ll help shape not just who we hire, but how we hire You’ll work closely with founders and hiring leads on high-priority mandates We care deeply about building structured, bias-aware, and fast hiring systems — you’ll be at the heart of that You’ll help a hiring-tech company build its own hiring muscle
