HR Generalist with Talent Acquisition Specialization

About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with company leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools. • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions. • Maintain timely recruitment processes to enhance candidate experience. • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines. • Conduct pre-employment screenings, reference checks, and background investigations. • Ensure compliance with talent acquisition best practices and applicable employment laws. • Support HR policies and employee retention programs. • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum 5 to 10 years of Human Resources Generalist experience with a focus in Talent Acquisition. • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player. • Customer service-oriented mindset and proactive problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity preferred). Nice-to-haves • SHRM-CP or PHR certification desired.
