Our marketing team has been recognized with 5 Shorty Impact Awards, and has advised three US Presidents on the future of the internet.The RolePalette Management is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support and execute core people operations. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will help strengthen HR infrastructure, support employees and leadership, and ensure compliance as the company grows.ResponsibilitiesCreate, manage, and continuously improve onboarding programs and materialsManage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-endOwn the benefits process and coordinate payroll with financeSupport performance review processes and goal-setting frameworksHelp maintain clear role definitions and growth pathsSupport internal communication and engagement initiativesReinforce company values and cultural standardsContribute to a positive, accountable, and collaborative environmentMaintain strong compliance standards in a fast-moving environmentQualifications3+ years of HR experience (startup, agency, media, or entertainment preferred)Experience supporting both employees and contractorsStrong analytical skillsHigh discretion, strong emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skillsExperience in Learning & Development a plus, including building training programs, manager enablement initiatives, or employee growth frameworks
