In this role, you'll manage our comprehensive benefits programs, handle leave administration end-to-end, and support various HR initiatives that contribute to employee well-being and retention. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organization by ensuring our employees have the support they need while helping to scale our HR operations in a high-growth environment.What You'll Do:Lead the administration and optimization of our employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, and retirement offeringsManage all aspects of employee leaves (FMLA, disability, parental, medical, etc.) from intake to return-to-work processesSupport all People programs and initiatives across the employee lifecycleExecute and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employeesServe as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions, enrollment, and utilizationDrive open enrollment processes and ensure clear, effective communication of benefits to employeesEvaluate and recommend new benefit initiatives that align with company culture and employee needsPartner with the People team to support HR initiatives including employee relations and HR complianceMaintain accurate records in HRIS systems and prepare reports related to benefits utilization and leave managementMonitor compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ERISA, ADA, and ACAAssist with HR policies and procedures development and implementationCollaborate with Recruiting to support the new hire process and communicate benefits information to candidatesWhat We're Looking For:5+ years of experience in HR with specialized expertise in benefits administration and leave managementExperience managing full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processesDemonstrated ability to support and contribute to various HR programs and initiativesIn-depth knowledge of benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programsProven experience managing complex leave programs and accommodations processesWorking knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA)Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with employees at all levelsExperience in tech or healthcare environments preferredHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) a plusBeware of job scam fraudsters!
