We’re looking for passionate team members who value innovation, excellence, and growth as much as we do.About the roleAs an HR Generalist, you’ll work directly with our Founder/CEO to drive and support key people operations across our remote-first workforce. You will be administering and executing employee-centered projects and processes and play a hands-on role in shaping a high-performance organization. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about elevating the employee experience and excited to build and maintain a strong company culture.What you’ll doSupport full-cycle recruiting from job posting, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and extending offersOrganize and coordinate company offsites, recognition programs, milestone celebrations, and other team-building events and activitiesManage new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation meetings, maintaining HRIS employee records, and introductions to ensure smooth integration into the team. Manage offboarding logistics and conduct exit meetings.Process employment-related documents, e.g. I-9s, agreements, policy acknowledgmentPartner with PEO on employment regulations and complianceContinuously update and improve employee policies, benefits, and perksPartner with leaders to provide day-to-day support on people topics and performance; manage company performance review processServe as the first point of contact for employee questions and general HR guidanceWho you are2+ years of human resources experience. You have well-rounded experience with multiple HR areas including recruiting, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR tools and processes.Familiarity of employment issues to advise and collaborate cross-functionally. You keep updated on employment laws and have experience working with both ICs and leadersStrong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence. You exercise good judgment with sensitive and confidential issues and are able to thrive in ambiguous situations where problems and processes may not be established or clearly definedStrong project management skills.
