Remote HR Employee Benefits Specialist (Fully Remote) | $4,500–$5,500/month We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Employee Benefits Specialist to join our fully remote HR team. In this role, you’ll oversee and support our employee benefits programs—making sure team members clearly understand their options and receive accurate, timely assistance throughout enrollment and beyond. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR benefits administration, compliance, and employee support who enjoys improving the overall employee experience while working independently in a remote environment.
