HR Director
to join a
product-led, global SaaS company
operating in a highly regulated, data-driven environment.
Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will lead the
U.S. HR function
while partnering cross-functionally to support continued growth, organizational scale, and workforce performance.
This is a
hands-on, high-impact role
for someone who thrives in
SaaS and startup environments
and enjoys building, scaling, and optimizing HR infrastructure.
What Youβll Own
βοΈ Lead HR strategy and execution across the
U.S. business (multi-region, East Coast focus)
βοΈ Partner with executive leadership on
organizational design, workforce planning, and scaling initiatives
βοΈ Serve as a key partner within a
global HR structure
, aligning U.S. efforts with broader business objectives
βοΈ Oversee and develop the
U.S. HR team
, driving performance and accountability
βοΈ Design and evolve
compensation, bonus, and performance management programs
βοΈ Lead
annual performance cycles, calibration, and merit planning
βοΈ Build and enhance
people analytics and data-driven decision-making capabilities
βοΈ Partner cross-functionally with
Legal, Finance, and other internal stakeholders
to ensure compliance and operational excellence
βοΈ Act as a trusted advisor on
employee relations, change management, and talent development
βοΈ Help shape a
high-performance, growth-oriented culture
What Theyβre Looking For
βοΈ Proven experience as an
HR Director or senior HR leader
supporting U.S. operations
βοΈ Background in
SaaS, technology, or product-led environments
βοΈ Experience in
startup or high-growth companies
β builder mindset required
βοΈ Strong experience supporting
multi-state / multi-region workforces
βοΈ Hands-on operator β comfortable owning both
strategy and execution
βοΈ Deep expertise in
compensation, performance management, and HR operations
βοΈ Strong business partner β able to influence and advise leadership
βοΈ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
βοΈ Deep knowledge of
U.S. employment law and compliance
