Job Description

HR Strategy and Operations:
• Align HR strategies with business goals to support organizational growth and efficiency; help build out a brand new production facility.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.

Cross-Border Support and HQ Collaboration:
• Act as the primary HR liaison between the U.S. operations and global headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ to implement global HR initiatives, adapting them to local and regional needs.
• Supervise and support the Mexico facility in HR policy implementation, compensation management, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between U.S. and Mexico teams to promote cross-border synergy and operational alignment.

Compensation and Benefits Management:
• Develop and manage competitive salary structures and pay scales to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Design and implement incentive plans, including performance-based bonuses and recognition programs.
• Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and other employee perks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.
• Provide compensation analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making.

Employee Relations and Development:
• Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with employees and leadership teams.
• Design and execute development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership potential, and career trajectories.
