Job Description
HR Strategy and Operations:
Align HR strategies with business goals to support organizational growth and efficiency; help build out a brand new production facility.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development.
Cross-Border Support and HQ Collaboration:
Act as the primary HR liaison between the U.S. operations and global headquarters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and objectives.
Collaborate with HQ to implement global HR initiatives, adapting them to local and regional needs.
Supervise and support the Mexico facility in HR policy implementation, compensation management, and compliance with local labor laws.
Facilitate communication and coordination between U.S. and Mexico teams to promote cross-border synergy and operational alignment.
Compensation and Benefits Management:
Develop and manage competitive salary structures and pay scales to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Design and implement incentive plans, including performance-based bonuses and recognition programs.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Monitor and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations.
Provide compensation analysis and reporting to support leadership decision-making.
Employee Relations and Development:
Foster a positive work environment by building strong relationships with employees and leadership teams.
Design and execute development programs to enhance employee skills, leadership potential, and career trajectories.
