Job Description
Job Title: Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) HR Coordinator
Location: Remote Role
Duration: 06+ months
Pay Range: $35/hr.(W2) - $37/hr.(W2)
Description
What You'll Do:
⢠Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters and letters of support.
⢠Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear guidance on immigration processes, policies, and timelines.
⢠Maintain the recruiting portion of the Green Card process.
⢠Communicate reimbursement policies and processes to employees.
⢠Assist with onboarding reports and subsequent collection of work authorization documents.
⢠Aid with the creation and formatting of training guides and process maps.
⢠Facilitate file transfers between vendors. Ensure data integrity by conducting routine audits.
⢠Adhere to department-level policies and processes and answer questions for employees.
⢠Work on special projects as needed.
⢠You will have a high level of access to confidential and business information and will be expected to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion concerning all matters, data, and documents.
Desirable qualifications include:
⢠Minimum of 2 years'experience in a professional environment, with Global Mobility or Immigration exposure considered advantageous.
⢠Proficiency in computer skills, particularly the Google suite.
⢠Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
⢠Proven problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
⢠Dedication to delivering exceptional experiences for stakeholders.
⢠Proficient multitasking capabilities with a strong emphasis on prioritization and time management.
⢠Inherent curiosity and a proactive, self-motivated attitude towards innovation and improvement.
⢠Exceptional communication skills with a talent for fostering robust professional relationships.
⢠Demonstrated grit, initiative, and the capacity to make sound independent judgments.
