Our ideal candidate has extensive experience with Rippling and a strong understanding of compliance requirements across various states, including state tax and worker’s compensation regulations. This is a part-time consulting position requiring an estimated 5 to 12 hours per week. Responsibilities Include:Completing key employment changes within Rippling, such as new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and compensation adjustmentsManaging and resolving state tax registration, worker’s compensation, and compliance tasks across multiple jurisdictionsEnsuring ongoing HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAssisting in the development, documentation, and improvement of HR workflows and processes, especially within Rippling and ClickUpGenerating and analyzing HR reports from Rippling to support data-driven decision-makingProviding guidance on HR best practices and compliance mattersDesired QualificationsProven expertise and hands-on experience with RipplingExtensive knowledge of multi-state employment law and HR compliance requirements (federal, state, and local)Demonstrated experience with state tax registration and maintenance for employers across various statesStrong understanding of worker's compensation processes and regulations.Proficiency in processing a variety of employment changes accurately and efficientlyExperience with HR workflow optimization and reportingPrior experience in an HR consulting or contract role in a start-up environment is a plusCylinder is an equal opportunity employer.
