WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Serve as a trusted advisor on HR operations, compliance, and employee relationsManage multiple HR project across various client environmentsDevelop and implement HR workflows, policies, and documentationSupport Payroll, benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, and performance managementNavigate and ensure compliance across multiple U.S. states
WHO YOU ARE:
5-10 years of HR generalist experiencePrior experience in an HR consulting or multi-client environmentStrong knowledge of U.S. employment law and complianceProven ability to work independently with minimal directionSkilled in coaching managers and handling performance managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting prioritiesStrategic thinker with sound judgment and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetSHRM or PHR certification preferred
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
1099 contractor (no benefits)100% remote (U.S. based only)Starting rate: $55 / hourFlexible part-time hours, minimum 10 hours per weekWorkload and client mix may grow over time
