Remote Full-time
One of our largest eCommerce/tech based client is hiring MULTIPLE HR Assistants to support the Workforce Staffing team. Role will be a 6 month contract with potential for extension/conversion based off of performance. Role will be hybrid onsite in Tempe, AZ (3 days onsite + 1 day work from home).

Schedule/Shift Options (4 x 10 schedule...
• Sunday-Wednesday (10AM-8:30PM PST)
• Wednesday-Sunday (10AM-8:30PM PST)

Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for importing and exporting data within various software platforms, including Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
• Manage all backend processes related to application creation and candidate compliance information, collaborating closely with the internal team.
• Handle sensitive information and documents, such as Social Security Numbers (SSN), dates of birth (DOB), and driver's license (DL) numbers, with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Utilize Excel extensively on a daily basis, including the use of pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, to analyze and organize HR data effectively.
• Develop and maintain data management systems and processes to ensure efficient handling of HR information and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or inaccuracies, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
• Assist in the development and improvement of data management procedures and policies, implementing best practices for data security and privacy.
• Perform quality audits of our outsourced vendors
• Facility reporting and communications to our broad team (including leadership)
• Apply good judgement to ambiguous scenarios when the path ahead is not clear
• Think big to drive process and product improvements on behalf of WFS and our candidates
• Be a liaison between our field teams and our centralized support services

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in HR operational tasks
• Experience within Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP)
• Strong communication skills
