HR assistant (Part-time)

As a UK-wide heat pump installation startup and a trusted partner for heat pump retailers and manufacturers, our goal is to become the number 1 heat pump installer in the UK. Tasks
You will support our experienced founding team to hire and onboard heat pump installers throughout the UK. This will involve:
Advertising new positions via online platfroms
Screening candidates
Scheduling interviews
Preparing employment contracts
Onboarding new hires (Policy and documentations etc)
This is a part-time role for 2 days per week.
Requirements
As a young and dynamic startup, we are... looking for somone with a can do attitude that is willing to dive into new tasks and get the job done. As such, there is a significant opprtunity to quickly move up into more senior roles within the organisation.
Your profile:
You have obtained your first experience in an HR role
Fluent in English
Passion for postive climate action
