HR Administrative Coordinator

24 Hour Home Care is part of the TEAM Services Group portfolio of companies, and they are seeking an HR Administrative Coordinator. This role plays a key part in supporting the caregiver lifecycle with a focus on onboarding, hiring administration, and providing essential HR administrative support to ensure caregivers are set up for success.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage the onboarding process from offer acceptance through orientation completionPrepare, distribute, and track onboarding documentation and hiring requirementsSchedule orientations, trainings, interviews, and other hiring-related appointmentsServe as a primary point of contact for new hires, responding to questions and providing guidanceMaintain accurate onboarding checklists, files, and recordsEnsure onboarding timelines are met and documentation is completed accurately and on timeAssist with job postings and applicant trackingScreen applications and coordinate candidate communicationsSchedule and conduct interviews, supporting hiring logistics during high-volume periodsProvide administrative support to the HR Operations ManagerAssist with employee record maintenance, data entry, audits, and reportingSupport HR projects, process improvements, and compliance-related tasksAssist with general employee lifecycle tasks as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 18 years of ageStrong organizational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with basic computer applications (email, word processing, spreadsheets)Ability to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environmentAbility to pass a background checkSpanish Bilingual strongly preferred but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive Health Benefits401k planPTOSick TimeCompany OverviewOne of the largest, most trusted in-home care companies in the nation.
