HR Support Admin
Location: Loveland, CO IN OFFICE POSITION
Schedule: Monday through Friday / 8am 5pm
Pay: $24 - $26/hour (depending upon experience)
What You'll Do:
⢠Respond to employee and HR team inquiries via phone, email, and ServiceNow.
⢠Provide guidance on HR policies, payroll, benefits, and leave procedures.
⢠Support benefit enrollment and assist with technical issues related to provider tools.
⢠Collaborate with internal experts to resolve complex issues or escalate appropriately.
⢠Educate employees on HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Employee Self Service, and third-party platforms.
⢠Maintain accurate records and manage employee files.
⢠Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation.
⢠Ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive employee information.
What You'll Bring:
⢠Diploma or Associate Degree (or equivalent).
⢠1+ year of experience in HR support or administrative services.
⢠Strong written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
⢠High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors).
⢠Familiarity with Canadian and/or US HR data and legislative requirements.
⢠Experience with case management systems (ServiceNow is a plus).
⢠Ability to work flexible hours during peak periods.
