Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . At least 1 year of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role . Knowledgeable in HR functions such as payroll, benefits, last pay processing, booking, and travel allowance . With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures . Proven experience as an HR Officer is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Outstanding organizational and time management skills . Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities . Demonstrates integrity, strong ethics, and reliability . Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when required. Job Description Handles last pay processing, booking of tickets, and travel allowance arrangements . Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems . Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs , including but not limited to: Compensation Benefits Leave administration Disciplinary matters Disputes and investigations Performance and talent management Employee productivity, recognition, and morale Occupational health and safety Training and development Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations . Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues . Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Performs other duties as assigned .
