HQ - Marketing Campaign Manager-REMOTE
About the position The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing integrated digital campaigns, messaging, assets, and channels to drive brand awareness and increase the sales pipeline. The Marketing Campaign Manager will work closely with the Marketing & Sales Analyst and report to the Director of Marketing. Responsibilities • Develop high-impact brand awareness and demand-generation campaigns to achieve engagement and pipeline goals. • Identify target audiences and develop integrated digital campaigns that engage, educate, and convert them to sales-ready leads. • Maintain webinar calendar as part of integrated campaigns and plan, run, and moderate webinars. • Execute online marketing strategies, including display, web, social media, SEM, email, etc. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-quality content for all buyer journey stages. • Support conference planning and logistics. • Establish KPIs, track performance, measure, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on performance. • Prepare marketing reports and analyses summarizing campaign results. • Use test and measure approach to iterate and optimize campaigns. Requirements • 2 -5 years of hands-on experience developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. • Experience with leading CRM and marketing automation systems; Salesforce and Pardot preferable. Experience with ZoomInfo, GoToWebinar, and CMS a plus. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence team members and external agencies that don't report to you. • Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
