As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facilities. Your attention to detail, leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for our guests. The schedule for this role would be 3pm to 11pm.What is in it for you:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
Ensure employees are informed daily about priorities to personalize service
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:

Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a housekeeping preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and aesthetics
Proficient in using housekeeping management systems or software
Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Must hold authorization to work in the USA
Physical Requirements Include:

Constant standing and walking throughout shift
Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs
Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
