Summary: Keeps premises of apartment complex in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Education And/or Experience
No prior experience or training.
Language Skills
Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

- Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other common areas.
- Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor.
- Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
- Dusts furniture and equipment.
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork.
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays.
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
- Replenishes bathroom supplies.
- Provide a guest experience that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Supports Telluride Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives.
- Adheres to Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures.
- Cleaning, maintaining and restocking shared kitchens including loading and emptying dishwashers when needed.
- Knowledge of and adheres to Skier Responsibility Code and Colorado Skier Safety Act.
