Key Responsibilities:
? Carry out daily housekeeping duties, including sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
? Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
? Document cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors.
? Adhere to infection control and universal precautions policies to uphold a sanitary environment.
? Engage positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
? Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
? High school diploma or equivalent.
? Preferred previous housekeeping experience, but not mandatory.
? Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with all facility occupants and HCSG leadership.
? Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
? Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
? Capable of performing repetitive tasks consistently.
? Must be comfortable working with cleaning products.
? Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
? Must reside within the service area.
