Responsibilities
ā¢ Perform residential cleaning tasks in teams.

ā¢ Engage with customers and promote tipping through the TCA phone app.

ā¢ Participate in ongoing training and skill development.

ā¢ Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with team members.
Requirements
ā¢ Must be at least 18 years old.

ā¢ Valid Driver's License and car with insurance required.

ā¢ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

ā¢ Strong attention to detail in residential cleaning.

ā¢ Willingness to learn and adapt to specific cleaning standards.

ā¢ Ability to be on feet all day and perform light lifting (less than 15 pounds).
