Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay by maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness in accordance with hotel policies.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and coffee.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used properly and maintained in good condition.
Assist with laundry duties as required.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns professionally.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
Familiarity with hospitality standards and practices within the hotel industry is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Pay $13 – $14 per hour
