Primary Responsibilities
• Coordinate hotel and resort accommodations based on client preferences
• Manage reservation details including dates, room types, and special requests
• Ensure all booking information is accurate and properly documented
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and any changes in a timely manner
• Track multiple reservations and maintain organized records
• Support overall coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient process
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable navigating online systems and digital tools
Preferred Background
• Experience in hospitality, coordination, or customer support roles
• Interest in hotels, resorts, or guest services environments
