As a Hotel Reservations Specialist, you will train as a Travel Professional where you can specialize in various hotels chains with in depth training on the history of hotels and area attractions for potential clients. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Daily communication with team members.
• Research all aspects of the destination needs.
• Prepare and present hotel itineraries.
• Respond to all inquiries promptly.
• Document all clients' needs properly to ensure requests and needs are met.
• Follow all company procedures and policies.
• Follow up with all clients with any and all additional needs.
• Attend live trainings
REQUIREMENTS
:
• Must have a phone (laptop also preferred, but not required)
• Must have good internet connection.
• Must be able to handle working under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to plan and manage client’s needs with little to no supervision.
• Must be 18+ and coachable
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
