Market Research: Stay up-to-date with travel trends, destination information, and industry news to offer the best recommendations.
Sales: Promote and upsell additional travel services and packages to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications:
Experience in the travel industry, customer service, or sales.
In-depth knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
