Ā• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
Ā• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Ā• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
Ā• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Ā• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services.

Skills
Ā• Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
Ā• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
Ā• Proficiency in phone etiquette and managing phone systems effectively.
Ā• Ability to perform night audit tasks when necessary.
Ā• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
Ā• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information.
