• Self-motivated, self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Coachable mindset with a genuine interest in personal growth
• Individuals seeking flexibility, autonomy, and long-term sustainability
• Goal-oriented and open to a performance-based model and continuous learning
• Interested and passionate about personal and professional growth
