Key Responsibilities
As our Hospital Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the business activities of our hospital, ensuring that we're running efficiently and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Relations: Promoting a client-centered environment, resolving client problems, and maintaining our practice philosophy for attracting and retaining clients.
Human Resources: Planning and organizing personnel activities, developing and updating employee handbooks, scheduling staff, and providing training and support.
Finance and Accounting: Working with our accountant to prepare budgets and financial statements, reviewing key performance indicators, and supervising the usage of our practice software.
Hospital Facility: Maintaining our hospital's facilities and equipment, developing safety and security regulations, and ensuring compliance with medical standards.
Marketing: Initiating new programs, promoting internal marketing initiatives, and maintaining effective advertising campaigns.
Leadership: Communicating objectives, motivating staff, building morale, and maintaining our core values and standards.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as our Hospital Manager, you'll need:
A minimum of three years of experience working in a veterinary practice, or proven results from other business environments.
Demonstrated competence in budgeting, financial reporting, and staff management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and owners.
