How you'll make an impact as a Hospice Admission Registered Nurse / RN
ā¢ Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
ā¢ Assess patients for hospice eligibility and explain hospice care services to patients, families/caregivers
ā¢ Ensure all patient's initial needs are addressed
ā¢ Collaborate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team members regarding initial plan of care, patient's condition, and other essential information
Hospice Admission Registered Nurse / RN Requirements
ā¢ RN license in the state you work
ā¢ Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
ā¢ Current driver's license
ā¢ Current CPR and BCLS certification
