Job Description
In this role as a Personal Assistant, you will be working directly with clients to assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, feeding, and transportation. You will also have the opportunity to develop life skills and behavior plans to help clients achieve their goals. Our ideal candidate is a high school graduate or equivalent, 18+ years old, with a valid driver's license and ability to work in an intentional faith community.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care, feeding, and transportation
Ā Develop life skills and behavior plans to help clients achieve their goals
Ā Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
Ā High school graduate or equivalent
Ā 18+ years old
Ā Valid driver's license
Ā Ability to work in an intentional faith community
Compensation
Ā Estimated salary: $38,000 - $43,000 per year based on location and experience
