Home Office File Clerk/ Data Entry Rep

Cornerstone VNA is an independent company providing advanced care and specialized services through five distinct programs including Home Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Private Duty, and Community Services. Serving more than 40 communities in NH and ME, our multidisciplinary team cares for patients of all ages, from birth through end of life.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Home Office File Clerk/ Data Entry Rep. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and digital files, as well as accurately entering data into our systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Major Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files
• Enter data accurately into databases and spreadsheets
• Assist with general office tasks as needed
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all files and data
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry or file clerk role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of office equipment

The pay range for this role is:
28 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Huntsville, Alabama, US))
