As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you’ll help Australians navigate their home loan journey while benefiting from our AI-enhanced platform, smart automation, and end-to-end support, powering you to new heights. In this role, you will: Support customers via phone, email, and video — no cold leads. Work on Australia’s #1 home loan platform, driving 4x faster settlements. Get pre-qualified appointments booked for you. Submit deals to our in-house processing team — we’ll handle the admin. Access referral income beyond broking, including buyer’s agents and conveyancing. Typical brokers submit 12+ deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day. Experience in phone-based sales roles (insurance, solar, tech etc.) OR Experience in mortgage broking, lending, or financial services (branch or phone-based). A passion for helping Australians navigate property ownership. Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it – we can help!). Unrestricted Australian working rights.
